Project Overview
Club Tidy is a service platform that connects clients with professional cleaners. The system is composed of four platforms, each tailored to a specific audience or function:
Club Tidy Client Mobile App | Web app for clients to book and manage their cleaning services
Club Tidy Client Web | Desktop client version
Club Tidy Pro | Mobile app for service providers to manage their appointments
Club Tidy Back Office | Internal tool for operations and admin teams
My Approach
This project was carried out in close collaboration with another UX/UI designer. Together, we worked to ensure a coherent user experience across the four platforms, while adapting each interface to its specific audience.
We held regular alignment sessions to keep the design system unified, both visually and functionally. Throughout the process, we tackled:
Booking logic and task flows
Role-based navigation
Data hierarchy across admin tools
And how to maintain a consistent brand tone while adapting the UX depth to each platform’s complexity.
Our collaboration allowed us to move quickly while maintaining a high level of polish across all touchpoints.
